The purchase terms and conditions set out below (hereinafter the "Terms") govern the sale of products on the website "www.lavanawild.com," operated by Drink-Smith S.L. (hereinafter, "LAVANA").

Please read these Terms carefully before using this website. By using this website or placing an order through it, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with the Terms in their entirety, you must not use this website. These Terms may be amended at any time; the Terms in force at the time of use of the website shall apply.

Shipping

All orders are carefully packed and dispatched from Barcelona within 1 to 3 business days.

Orders are shipped on business days only. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding regional public holidays in Catalonia and national public holidays in Spain.

Dispatch times may be extended around public holidays or during special product launches.

Modifying Your Delivery Address

You may modify your delivery address until 11:00 AM on the day your order is placed. If your order is placed after 1:30 PM, you may request an address change until the following business day before 11:00 AM.

Order Tracking

Using the tracking number included in your order confirmation email, you can visit the relevant carrier's website to check the current status of your shipment.

Issues and Delivery Problems

In the event of any issue with an order — such as an incorrect address, lost parcel, or damaged goods — delivery times may exceed the standard timeframes.

If you notice any incorrect details, you may update them from your customer account area, provided the order has not yet left our facilities. If the order has already been prepared, please contact us at lavana.bcn@gmail.com. Please be aware that if your order has already left our fulfilment centre, any amendments may add a further 24 to 48 hours to the delivery time. Always double-check all fields before placing your order!

Providing complete and accurate delivery information is essential, including any specific instructions for complex or hard-to-find addresses.

Deliveries are made Monday to Friday between 9:00 AM and 7:00 PM. No deliveries are made on Saturdays, Sundays, or public holidays.

If no one is available at the delivery address, the carrier will not leave the parcel and will return it to their depot to attempt a second delivery. After two unsuccessful delivery attempts, the carrier will hold the parcel at the nearest pick-up point, and the customer will have a maximum of 10 calendar days to collect it.

LAVANA cannot guarantee delivery timeframes in the event of carrier disruptions, strikes, or adverse weather conditions preventing carriers from meeting their schedules.

During peak holiday periods such as Christmas and national bank holidays, we cannot guarantee delivery within the stated timeframes due to high parcel volumes.

Local public holidays will be factored into delivery timeframes. LAVANA observes the public holidays of Barcelona and Catalonia.

I Haven't Received My Order — What Should I Do?

Please email us at lavana.bcn@gmail.com if your order is taking longer than expected and we will do our best to resolve the issue.

There are two main reasons for delayed or missing deliveries:

  • Incorrect address: Please review your delivery address carefully. If it contains an error, your parcel may have been delivered to the wrong location.
  • Failed delivery attempts: The carrier may make up to 2 delivery attempts. If they have been unable to reach you and more than 15 business days have elapsed since the last attempt, the return process to our offices will be initiated. We recommend checking all SMS messages, missed calls, and emails.

Payment Methods

Payment is processed at the final step of the checkout, after entering your payment details and clicking PLACE ORDER.

We offer a range of secure payment methods at checkout: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Apple Pay, and Google Pay.

If you choose to pay by card, simply enter your card details directly on the website and complete verification through your bank's authentication system. 100% secure checkout.

Returns

Returns and Claims

At LAVANA, your complete satisfaction is our priority. You always have the option to return products purchased from our store.

If your product arrives damaged or defective, you may return it by contacting lavana.bcn@gmail.com, where our team will guide you through the returns process.

Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:

  • Products damaged as a result of misuse or negligence.
  • Products not purchased through the Website.

You have 5 days from receipt of your order to inspect all items and verify that everything is included and in good condition. After this period, the shipment will be deemed accepted and no claims relating to damage or missing items will be accepted.

Return Options

When returning a product, you may choose from the following options:

  • Full refund of the amount paid.*
  • Replacement of the same item (applicable for returns due to damage or poor condition).*
  • Exchange for an alternative product. If the replacement product is of lower value, the difference will be refunded; if it is of higher value, the customer will be required to pay the difference.*

*Refunds or replacement shipments will be processed upon receipt of the returned parcel at our offices, within 7 business days. In the case of a refund, the amount will be credited back to the original payment method used. You will receive a confirmation email upon receipt of the return, and the refund will appear in your account within 3 to 5 business days, depending on your bank.

Return Shipping Costs

If your order arrives with one or more damaged or defective items, you will not be charged for return shipping. Likewise, if you request a replacement of the damaged item or wish to exchange it for a different product, all handling and shipping costs will be borne by LAVANA.

If you wish to return or exchange a product or order that is in perfect condition, handling and shipping costs will be at your own expense.
