Returns and Claims
At LAVANA, your complete satisfaction is our priority. You always have the option to return products purchased from our store.
If your product arrives damaged or defective, you may return it by contacting lavana.bcn@gmail.com, where our team will guide you through the returns process.
Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:
- Products damaged as a result of misuse or negligence.
- Products not purchased through the Website.
You have 5 days from receipt of your order to inspect all items and verify that everything is included and in good condition. After this period, the shipment will be deemed accepted and no claims relating to damage or missing items will be accepted.
Return Options

When returning a product, you may choose from the following options:
- Full refund of the amount paid.*
- Replacement of the same item (applicable for returns due to damage or poor condition).*
- Exchange for an alternative product. If the replacement product is of lower value, the difference will be refunded; if it is of higher value, the customer will be required to pay the difference.*
*Refunds or replacement shipments will be processed upon receipt of the returned parcel at our offices, within 7 business days. In the case of a refund, the amount will be credited back to the original payment method used. You will receive a confirmation email upon receipt of the return, and the refund will appear in your account within 3 to 5 business days, depending on your bank.
Return Shipping Costs
If your order arrives with one or more damaged or defective items, you will not be charged for return shipping. Likewise, if you request a replacement of the damaged item or wish to exchange it for a different product, all handling and shipping costs will be borne by LAVANA.
If you wish to return or exchange a product or order that is in perfect condition, handling and shipping costs will be at your own expense.
